摘    要:目的对2010年邢台市手足口病重症病例进行病原体检测。方法收集临床诊断为手足口病重症病例的疱疹液、咽拭子和肛拭子标本385份,采用实时荧光定量PCR对这些标本进行人肠道病毒71型、柯萨奇病毒A组16型和其它肠道病毒的分型检测。结果人肠道病毒71型阳性率80.00%,柯萨奇病毒A组16型阳性率0.26%,其它肠道病毒阳性率7.53%;阳性率较高的地区为东南部平原人口密集区,发病率较高的年龄组为1~3岁,男性多于女性。结论实时荧光定量PCR可用于手足口病的病原体分型检测,一旦发现手足口病患者感染的病原体为人肠道病毒71型,可提示临床医生警惕手足口病重症病例的发生,对减少手足口病重症病例发生及防止患儿死亡具有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To conduct pathogene detection for severe hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Xingtai in 2010.Method Collect 385 samples including herpes fluid,pharynx swabs and anal swabs from diagnosed HFMD patients and conduct human enterovirus 71,coxsackievirus A16 and other enterovirus detection by real-time flueorecent quantitative PCR.Results The positive rates of hunam enterovirus 71,coxsackievirus A16 and other enterovirus were 80.00%,0.26% and 7.53%,respectively.High positive rate was found in heavy population area in the southeastern plain region.Most severe cases of HFMD patients were young children at the age of 1 to 3,and male patients were more than female patients.Conclusions Real-time flueorecent quantitative PCR could be used for pathogene detection of HFMD.Once the infected pathogene was found to be hunam enterovirus 71,the clinician should watch out for the occurrence of severe cases,which played an important role in reducing the severe cases and.preventing children from death.
