| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)与自身免疫性甲状腺炎(AIT)的相关性。方法选择84例PCOS患者为研究组,匹配84例健康妇女为对照组,检测甲状腺激素和甲状腺自身抗体水平,并比较。结果研究组血清TPOAb、Tg Ab水平均显著高于对照组。在84例PCOS中发现AIT患者共19例。PCOS+AIT患者的TSH水平显著高于对照组,而FT3、FT4水平未能在PCOS+AIT、PCOS患者和对照组中发现统计学差异。结论 PCOS患者AIT患病率显著高于正常人群,对PCOS患者应注意筛查甲状腺特异抗体。
