| 摘 要： | 用胃电图对糖尿病患者和正常人进行胃肠道植物神经功能检测对比，发现糖尿病组胃电图平均振幅（ＡＰ）和峰值频率（ＦＰ）均比正常组低，除胃窦ＡＰ外，均有显著性或非常显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５或Ｐ〈０．０１）；糖尿病有胃肠道症状组与无症状组比较，除胃体ＦＰ有显著差异外，均未显示出显著差异，并发现肢体神经肌电图与胃电图异常有其密切相关性。

| Abstract: | In order to develop a new method for the examination of the diabetic gastroparesis, the changes of electrograstrogram (EGG) in diabetic patients were observed and compared with those in normal subjects. The results showed that both AP and FP values of EGG in diabetic patients were lower than those in normal subjects with the significant difference (P<0. 05 -P<0.01)except AP in the pyloric antrum. The FP in the body of stomach in diabetic patients with gastrointestinal symptoms was obviously lower than in the patients without symptoms (P<0. 05). It was also found that there was a close correlation between the abnormal EGG and extremity electromyoneurogram. |
