摘    要:同型半胱氨酸是甲硫氨酸的中间代谢产物,遗传因素、营养不良、性别、年龄以及其他因素可导致高同型半胱氨酸(Hyperhomocysteinemia,HCY)血症,高HCY血症是心血管疾病的独立危险因素。通过研究高HCY血症致心血管疾病的可能机制,可以对心血管疾病的防治起到很大的作用。

Abstract:Homocysteine is the middle product of metabolism.Genetic factors、malnutrition、gender、age and other factors can lead to hyperhomocysteinemia.Hyperhomocysteinemia is an independent risk factor of the heart vascular disease.Researching the possible mechanism of hyperhomocysteinemia-induced cardiovascular disease played a significant role in preventing and treatmenting of cardiovascular disease.
