| 摘 要： | 应用实时超声显象诊断上尿路梗阻性疾病102例,诊断梗阻位置正确者占89.2%,病因符合者占82.2%。这表明,根据上尿路扩张的范围与大小,超声显象能较准确的判断上尿路梗阻的位置和程度,追踪显示上尿路中断的位置,并能够显示梗阻的原因。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the real-time ultrasonographic results of 102
cases with obstructive diseases in the upper urinary tract. The diagnostic
accuracy of the level obstructed was 89.2%, and that of the causes was
82.3%. The degree and site of the obstruction can be accurately detected
by ultrasonography, according to the diameter of the dilated upper
urinary tract. The causes of obstruction can also be shown by careful
detection along the dilated tract. |
