老年脑血管性痴呆危险因素的临床分析

目的探讨老年脑血管性痴呆危险因素。方法收集181例老年脑梗死(60岁以上)住院患者,分析其临床特征、化验结果及神经心理学等方面的资料与痴呆的相关关系,并作统计学分析。结果诊断为痴呆者51例(发生率为28.2%)。分析显示,高龄、脑卒中史、糖尿病、严重神经功能缺损、左半球脑梗死、前循环脑梗死、多发腔隙性脑梗死、病变部位等因素为血管性痴呆的独立危险因素。结论老年脑梗死后约1/4患者出现痴呆,其临床危险因素包括:梗死的部位及严重程度,血管危险因素(如糖尿病、脑卒中史)及患者的特征(如高龄、低教育水平)等。
