| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨树枝状角膜炎的最佳治疗措施。方法 :10 1例 12 6眼树枝状角膜炎患者均在 1%地卡因表面麻醉后应用石炭酸或三氯醋酸搽于病变角膜上皮然后包扎。结果 :术后 7～ 10天检查患者 ,效果满意 ,治愈率达 90 % ,除 5例外 ,所有患者视力均有不同程度改善 ,治愈时间平均 11.5天 ,无并发症。结论 :本法简便有效。

| Abstract: | Objective: It is to explore the best method and opportunity of treatment for dendritic keratitis. Methods: 101 cases (126 eyes) of dendritic keratitis were painted with carbolic acid or trichloroacetic acid following topical anesthesia with 1% Dicaine and then dressed. Results: The condition of the patients was satisfactory 7~10 days after operation. Cure rate reached 90%. All but 5 patients showed improvement in vision. The time of cure averaged 11.5 days. No complication occurred. Conclusion: This method has been proved simple and effective. |
