早期康复治疗联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者的疗效评价

目的研究依达拉奉与早期康复治疗在急性脑梗死中的作用。方法200例急性脑梗死患者分为A、B、C、D 4组,每组各50例。均静脉滴注舒血宁、胞二磷胆碱等注射液及口服阿司匹林等药物。在以上治疗基础上,B组同时增加静脉滴注依达拉奉30 mg+0.9%氯化钠混合液150 mL;C组在患者生命体征稳定后,即配合康复治疗;D组则按以上方法联合治疗。结果4组均观察180 d,按欧洲卒中量表(ESS)及ADL评分与治疗前比较,各组均逐步提高。D组治疗后,各时点ESS及APL评分均显著高于A组,90 d及180 d后,显著>B、C组。结论采用药物与早期康复联合治疗,能显著提高急性脑梗死患者神经功能及ADL能力。

Clinical Effect of Edaravone Combined with Early Rehabilitative Therapy in Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the effect of Edaravone combined with early rehabilitative therapy in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods 200 cases of such patients were divided into groups A,B,C and D（50 cases in each group） randomly,and they were treated all with composite ginkgo leaf injection,citicoline injection by intravenous drip and aspirin by oral.Additionally,group B was dripped with 150ml mixture of 0.9% sodium chloride and Edaravone at a dose of 30mg,group C was treated adjuvantly with rehabilitative therapy after life symptoms were stable,and group D with the treatment above all.Results The European Stroke Scale（ESS） and the ADL score of the patients in the 4 groups were increased gradually during the 180 day treatment period.The ESS score and the ADL score in group D were significantly higher than in control group and in group B and C after treatment for 90 and 180 days.Conclusion The drugs combined with early rehabilitative therapy can significantly improve the neurological function and the ability of ADL in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
