中西医结合治疗老年高血压疗效观察

目的：观察益肾温阳降压汤配合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年人高血压临床效果。方法：将96例肾阳不足型老年高血压患者随机分为治疗组58例和对照组38例，对照组给予硝苯地平控释片10mg，2次／d，早7时晚7时口服；治疗组硝苯地平控释片10mg，旱7点口服，晚7点口服益肾温阳降压汤200ml。两组均30d1个疗程，2个疗程后参照判定标准，比较治疗效果。结果：治疗组降压疗效总有效率89．7％，对照组总有效率为78．9％，两组疗效差异有统计学意义（X^2=4．7，P〈0．05）；症状改善疗效，治疗组总有效率为93．1％，对照组84．3％，差异有显著性（X^2=3．85，P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗老年高血压疗效显著，安全可靠。

Effect observation on treating elderly hypertension in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating elderly hypertension with the Yishen Wenyang Jiangya decoction plus releasing nifedipine. Methods： 96 cases of elderly hypertension of Shenyang Buzu type were randomly divided into the treatment group 58 cases and the control group 38 cases. The control group was given 10mg oral releasing nifedipine at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m, while the treatment group was given 200ml Yishen Wenyang Jiangya decoction besides 10mg releasing nifedipine at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. 30 days for a course in each group. The effects were compared after two courses. Results： The total efficacy of the treatment group was 89.7% and the control group was 78.9%. The differences were statistically significant （x^2 = 4.7, P〈0.05）. Symptom improvement efficacy： the total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.1% and the control group was 84.3%. The differences were significant （x^2 = 3.85, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating elderly hypertension with the integrative medicine has a significant effect, and is safety and reliable.
