平肝合剂的制备与临床应用

目的：研究平肝合剂的制备方法与质量控制，并观察其治疗慢性病毒性肝炎患者的临床疗效。方法：建立该制剂的制备工艺，采用薄层色谱法对黄芪、赤芍进行定性鉴别并进行临床疗效观察。结果：该制剂制备工艺可行，质量可控，治疗慢性病毒性肝炎患者84例，其中1周内症状改善大于50％。结论：平肝合剂制备工艺合理，制剂质量稳定，临床疗效可靠，值得临床推广。

The preparation and clinical application of the Pinggan mixture

Objective： To study the preparation method and quality control of the Pinggan mixture and observe the effect on treating chronic viral hepatitis. Methods： To establish the preparation process, identify the astragalus and red peony qualitatively by thin layer chromatography, observe the effect. Results： The crafts is practicable and the quality is under control. More than 50% of the patients treated with this preparation received improvement within one week. Conclusion： The clinical effect of the Pinggan mixture is reliable and worth a wide application.
