药熨法治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肢体肿胀的疗效观察

目的：观察药熨治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肢体肿胀的疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组38例进行对照观察。结果：治疗组有效率为92．8％，对照组有效率为68．4％。两组疗效相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：药熨法是运用中医温通经络、活血化瘀的理论，在治疗脑卒中后肢体肿胀有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation on treating hemiplegia swelling following stroke by the Yaoyun therapy

Objective： To observe the efficacy of treating hemiplegia swelling following stroke by Yaoyun therapy. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 42 in the treated group and 38 in the control group. Results： The treated group efficiency was 92.8%, while another was 68.4%. The two groups was statistically significant differentiation in curative efficacy （P〈0.05）o Conclusion： Yaoyun therapy is based on the theory of WenTong Jingluo, Huoxue Huayu in treating limb swelling after stroke has good clinical curative efficacy.
