| 摘 要： | 原发性痛经（Primary-dysmenorrhoea）是功能性痛经，是指生殖器官无器质性病变的痛经，在青少年期多见，流行病学调查表明其发病率在30％-90％。本文主要探索该病中医病因病机、深化辨证认识，为其治疗提供更好的思路和方法。
