爱立敷（痊愈妥）联合通心络胶囊外用于Ⅱ期以上压疮的疗效观察

目的：探讨爱立敷（痊愈妥）联合通心络胶囊外用于Ⅱ期以上压疮的疗效。方法：2012年1月-2012年12月，我院共收治压疮Ⅱ期以上患者58例，75处压疮，将58例压疮病人采用抓阄方法确定分为治疗组30例和对照组各28例，两组均采用避免局部组织长期受压、避免摩擦力和剪切力的长期作用、保护患者皮肤、促进皮肤血液循环、增进全身营养及健康教育等常规措施，创面均给予常规清创处理后，治疗组用爱立敷（痊愈妥）加通心络胶囊粉末外敷于压疮发生部位，对照组采用外涂烧伤软膏后用无菌纱布覆盖。结果：治疗组压疮愈合时间比对照组明显缩短（P〈0．05）；治疗组压疮治疗效果优于对照组（P〈O．05）；在换药次数、换药时间和治疗费用治疗组也明显优于对照组。结论：爱立敷（痊愈妥）粘性敷料加通心络胶囊粉末外敷能够明显缩短压疮创面愈合时间，减轻病人的痛苦，缩短住院时间，提高病人满意度。

Efficacy observation of the curative effects of the Ailifu combined with Tongxinluo capsule in treatment of II and more than II stage pressure sores

Objective： To observe the curative effects of Ailifu combined with Tongxinluo capsule in treating Ⅱ and more than Ⅱ stage pressure sores. Methods： Selecting 58 cases having a total of 75 pressure sores in hospital from January 2012 to December 2012. The patients were divided into two groups randomly. The two groups all received conventional nursing care： avoiding local skin and tissue preesure, avoiding frictional and shear forces, protecting patients skin, improving skin blood circulation, promoting nutrition and health education. After pressure ulcer surface with local debridement and disinfection, the treated group （30 cases） used external application of Ailifu combined with Tongxinluo capsule treatment, but with MEBO in the control group （28 cases）. Results： Compared with the control group, the treated group patients not only shortened the average healing time significantly （P〈0.05）, achieved better therapeutic effect（P〈0.05）, but also more less in times and time of wound dressing and therapeutic cost; Conclusion： Ailifu combined with Tongxinluo capsule in treating Ⅱ and more than Ⅱ stage pressure sores can reduce sores healing time, reduce patients pain, reduce hospitalization time and improve patients satisfaction.
