风药治疗早期糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床观察

目的：验证糖尿病肾病早期“从风论治”的学术观点，观察风药治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者的疗效。方法：以“风邪袭肾”为次要病因，在消渴肾病辨证基础上区分“风寒、风热、风毒、风湿、肝风内动”等兼证型，配伍风药治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者24例，并设对照组对比，观察治疗前后24h尿微量白蛋白排泄量（MAU）及尿微量白蛋白／尿肌酐比（UmAIb／UCr）相关指标的变化。结果：治疗组能明显减少患者24h尿微量白蛋白排泄量，降低尿微量白蛋白／肌酐比，实验室指标的改善优于对照组，说明在原辨证基础上配伍风药治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期具有较好效果。

Clinical observation on treating proteinuria from early-stage diabetic nephropathy with Wind-medicines

Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy of Wind-medicines in patients with DM. Methods： 46 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups, 24 in the treated group and 22 in the control group. The control group was given regular therapy, while the treated group was given Wind-medicines more. Before treatment, 24h MAU and UmAlbAJc in both groups were comparable. Results： After 2 weeks, the 24h MAU and UmAlb/Ucr in the treated group were obviously superior to those in the control groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combination with Wind-medicines can improve the effect of the early diabetic nephropathy and early treatment on DN should focus on elimination of wind.
