瞬时强电流电针刺激对急性脑梗塞偏瘫的即刻疗效观察

本文通过随机选取2009-2012年我院急性脑梗死经OCSP分型为部分前循环梗塞（PACI）或腔隙性梗塞（LACI）的患者22例，平均分为观察纽（基础治疗＋瞬时强电流电针刺激）、和对照组（基础治疗＋常规针刺），每组11例。通过比对脑梗死患者治疗前后Fugl-Meyer评定、ADL评分，用以揭示瞬时强电流电针刺激和常规针刺干预对脑梗死患者运动功能损害的影响的差异性。结果表明：瞬时强电流电针刺激治疗急性脑梗死病人，可有效改善病人大脑病灶的神经元细胞凋亡，提高患者的运动功能与日常生活能力，相较于对照组表现出显著的特异性效应。

Immediately efficacy observation on treating acute cerebral infarction hemiplegia with instantaneous high current electrical stimulation

In this paper, 22 patients who in our hospital with acute cerebral infarction by OCSP classification for partial anterior circulation infarct （PACI） or lacunar infarct （LACI） between 2009 to 2012 were randomly selected. 22 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 11 in each group. The control group was given basic treatment and routine acupuncture. The treatment group was treated with basic treatment and instantaneous high current electrical stimulation. According to compare before and after treatment in patients with cerebral infarction Fugl-Meyer Assessment and ADL score can reveal differences in efficacy between instantaneous high current electrical stimulation and routine acupuncture. The results show that treating acute cerebral infarction with instantaneous high current electrical stimulation can improve symptoms, motor function and the activities of daily living, have a significant treatment effect.
