清肝泻火法治疗甲状腺功能亢进的临床观察

目的：探讨清肝泻火法治疗甲状腺功能亢进的疗效。方法：选择我院2010年1月-2012年1月甲状腺功能亢进患者120例，随机分为实验组与对照组。对照组60例患者接受常规西药治疗。实验组60例患者接受常规西药＋清肝泻火法治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：2个月的治疗周期结束后，实验组患者总的有效率91．7％，对照组患者总的有效率70％，两者具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。实验组患者治愈率为71．7％，对照组患者治愈率为41．7％，两者具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：清肝泻火法治疗甲状腺功能亢进的临床疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating hyperthyroidism by he therapy of Qinggan Xiehuo

Objective： To investigate effects of the Qinggan Xiehuo therapy on treating hyperthyroidism. Methods： 120 patients were divided into two groups, 60 for each. The control group was given conventional modem medicine treatment, while another was given modem medicine treatment plus the Qinggan Xiehuo therapy, comparing two groups. Results： The total efficiency in the treated group was 91.7%, and 70% in the control. The cure rate in the treated was 71.7% and 41.7% in the control. There was a significant difference between two groups. Conclusion： The Qinggan Xiehuo therapy has a significant efficacy in treating hyperthyroidism, worthy of a wide clinical application.
