麻杏石甘汤加味治疗小儿肺炎的临床观察

目的：观察麻杏石甘汤治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法：将96例肺炎患儿随机分为观察组（49例）和对照组（47例），对照组予以单纯常规西药治疗，观察组予以麻杏石甘汤联合常规西药治疗。结果：观察组总有效率（95．92％）明显高于对照组总有效率（76．6％），P〈0．05；观察组症状、体征消退时间及辅助检查恢复时间均明显短于对照组，P〈0．05。结论：麻杏石甘汤可显著加快小儿肺炎的恢复时间，并提高疾病治疗效果。

Clinical observation on treating pneumonia in children with the Maxing Shigan decoction

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Maxing Shigan decoction in treating pneumonia in children. Methods： 96 cases were randomly divided into the observation group （49 cases） and the control group （47 cases）, the control group was treated with modem medicine, and the observation group was treated by the Maxing Shigan decoction plus modem medicine. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group （95.92%） was significantly higher than 76.6% of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the symptoms and signs subsided and laboratory examinations recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Maxing Shigan decoction can significantly speed up the recovery time of pneumonia in children, and to improve the treatment effect.
