康妇凝胶致用药部位疼痛1例

患者,女,32岁,2019年5月28日因白带量大,外阴瘙痒于滨州医学院附属医院妇科门诊就诊。妇科检查:外阴肿胀湿润有刺痒感,阴道充血,有黄色分泌物,呈豆腐渣样,宫颈肥大,Ⅱ度糜烂。子宫前位,正常大,无压痛,双侧附件正常。实验室检查:荧光法检测加德纳菌阳性(+),白带常规形态学检查结果,清洁度Ⅲ度,白细胞(+),乳酸杆菌(-),杂菌(-),上皮细胞(+),白色念珠菌孢子检出,白色念珠菌菌丝未见,阴道毛滴虫未见,线索细胞未见,干化学检查结果,过氧化氢阳性(+),白细胞酯酶弱阳性(±),唾液酸苷酶阴性,β-葡萄糖醛酸酶阴性,乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶阴性,pH值5.4。HPV检查、TCT检查拒做。

1 cases of pain caused by medication in Kangfu gel

One female patient was treated with Kangfu gel for fungal vaginitis and bacterial vaginitis once a day, followed by severe pain at the drug site. After self-cleaning, the effect was not good. After about 3 hours, the pain was slightly alleviated. On the next day, the patient continued to use the drug to appear severe pain again. Considering it was caused by Kangfu gel, the drug was stopped and treated with diazodine cream for external use. After 2 weeks follow-up, there was no pain in the patient.
