摘    要:溃疡性结肠炎(UC)发生率日益提高,由于其难愈性、易复发性的特点而成为现代难治性疾病之一。UC动物模型是深入研究其病理病机及选择合适治疗方法的重要手段。近50年来,有关溃疡性结肠炎动物模型研究方法众多,主要方法涉及化学法、免疫法、转基因或敲除基因。此外,也有结合中医理论而开展的病证结合模型法,包括肝郁型、脾虚湿困型、脾肾阳虚型、湿热型等。其中化学诱导法是目前最常采用的方法。实验动物以大鼠、小鼠为主。本文对近年来国内外关于溃疡性结肠炎模型动物的选择、造模方法及模型成功与否的判定指标进行归纳总结及比较研究,旨在为溃疡性结肠炎发病机制研究及新药开发提供有益参考。

Abstract:The incidence of ulcerative colitis (UC) is increasing day by day, it is becoming one of the most refractory diseases whose features are difficult to heal and easy to relapse. The animal model of ulcerative colitis is an important tool to study the pathogenesis and choose a reasonable method. Over the past 50 years, there have been increasing literature reports on animal models of UC. There are many methods to study the animal model of UC, including chemical, immunization, transgenosis methods or gene knockout method. In addition, there are disease and syndrome combination models which based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, including liver depression, splenasthenic hygrosis, asdthenic splenonephro-yang, moistheat and so on. Among them, chemical induction is the most commonly used method. The experimental animals were mainly rats and mice. This paper summarized and comparative studied the animal s selection and modeling methods at home and abroad in recent years as well as the determination indexes, which can provide a reference for the pathogenesis of UC and the development of new drugs.
