基于代谢组学研究艾灸的治疗作用＊

代谢组学是一门“自下而上”的新研究思路和方法,其整体性、动态性与中医药的整体观研究思路相似,适合中药药性、疾病诊断、药物安全性评价及药物作用机制等研究,从本质上阐述中医药的作用机理和物质基础。近年来,随着热敏灸的提出,艾灸再次回到众人视野。艾灸发挥作用的物质基础是热、光、药物等综合因素,通过对机体的血液运行、神经分泌功能、能量代谢、抗自由基等作用调节机体生理和心理,可用于预防、减轻、治疗机体某些疾病。将代谢组学与艾灸联合,从机体内源性代谢物的角度阐明灸疗的作用机制和物质基础,为艾灸的基础研究提供新方法和新途径,对疾病的治疗及灸疗现代化、科学化有重要的指导意义。

Study on Therapeutic Effects of Moxibustion Based on Metabolomics

Metabolomics is a new "bottom-up" research idea and method. Its integrity and dynamics are similar to the holistic research idea of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and it is suitable for the study of TCM property, disease diagnosis, drug safety evaluation and drug action mechanism, etc. The mechanism and material basis of TCM are expounded in essence. In recent years, with the thermal moxibustion put forward, moxibustion again returned to the public field of vision. Moxibustion plays a role on the material basis of heat, light, drugs and other comprehensive factors, through the blood flow of the body, neurosecretion function, energy metabolism, anti-free radicals and other effects to regulate the body"s physiological and psychological, can be used to prevent, reduce, treat some diseases of the body. By combining metabolomics with moxibustion, the mechanism and material basis of moxibustion were elucidated from the perspective of endogenous metabolites, which provided new methods and approaches for the basic research of moxibustion, and had important guiding significance for the modernization and scientific treatment of diseases and moxibustion.
