《肾阳虚证诊断标准》条目筛选(一)——基于文献的条目的筛选方法和操作规程

目的 根据肾阳虚证的证候诊断标准研制的流程,整理文献资料、已有标准检索查新所得条目,筛选现有肾阳虚证相关诊断标准中的主要条目,为肾阳虚证诊断标准的制定提供精确的辩证要素。方法 检索现有肾阳虚证诊断标准研究相关的文献、教材或专著,形成肾阳虚证诊断标准条目筛选库,依据术语的规范性、单义表达等条目筛选的一般要求,对条目术语进行规范和统计。结果 通过对截止目前查询到的21个诊断标准的249个症状术语规范后统计,共简化得到131个症状,将其分为5个准则层。结论 对现有肾阳虚证诊断标准中症状条目进行术语表达规范和分类,筛选出肾阳虚证诊断标准中的主要症状,有利于肾阳虚证诊断标准制定工作的进一步开展。

Screening of Items Based on Literature for Diagnosis Criteria of Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective To screen the main items in the diagnostic criteria of existing kidney yang deficiency syndrome, and to provide a basis for the development of diagnostic criteria for kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods The existing diagnostic criteria for kidney yang deficiency syndrome were retrieved, and the diagnostic criteria for kidney yang deficiency syndrome were extracted. The terminology of the entry was standardized and counted.Results By statistic post-statistics of 249 symptom terms in 21 diagnostic criteria, 131 symptoms were simplified and divided into 5 criteria layers.Conclusion The terminology expression and classification of symptom items in the existing diagnostic criteria for kidney-yang deficiency syndrome are used to screen out the main symptoms in the diagnostic criteria of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome, which is conducive to the further development of the diagnostic criteria for kidney-yang deficiency syndrome.
