山荷叶性状特征及显微特征研究

摘    要:目的 山荷叶是虎耳草科大叶子属多年生草本植物,开展山荷叶性状特征和显微特征的研究,为虎耳草科大叶子属植物的显微特征研究提供科学依据。方法 采用奥林巴斯显微镜结合其特有的OLYMPUS-BX50型成像系统对山荷叶叶片、叶柄与叶基的横切面、表面制片及粉末的显微特征进行了详细观察与描述并对气孔密度、脉岛数等显微常数进行了测定。结果与结论 通过对山荷叶显微特征的观察,发现了具有鉴别意义的显微特征。通过对显微常数的测定,确定山荷叶的脉岛数为0.015,气孔密度为7.5,气孔指数为9.7~12.1。

Abstract:A study on the morphological characteristics and microscopic characteristics of Astilboides tabularis, a kind of perennial plant of Saxifragaceae, can provie scientific evidence for the pharmacognosy study of Astilboides plants. To overall survey and distinguish on pharmaceutical morphological character, microscopic identification include transverse section, epidermis and power of blade and petiole by Olympus microscope. Inaddition, microscopic constants including stomatal indices, stomatal density and vein-islet number were measured. Through this experimenta, the microscop characteristics which has the important distinction significance were identified and microscopic constants were measured.
