腹膜后脂肪肉瘤声像图特征的临床意义

目的探讨腹膜后脂肪肉瘤声像图特征与病理类型的关系,以便为临床制定治疗和手术方案提供依据。方法回顾性分析我院60例经手术病理证实为腹膜后脂肪肉瘤的声像图表现。分析高分化和去分化脂肪肉瘤超声特征与病理类型的联系。结果纳入高分化脂肪肉瘤23例,去分化脂肪肉瘤37例。高分化脂肪肉瘤回声等级明显高于去分化脂肪肉瘤(3.43vs1.51,P<0.001),高分化脂肪肉瘤内部分隔显示率高于去分化脂肪肉瘤(78.3%vs 2.7%,P<0.001),高分化脂肪肉瘤内部坏死明显低于去分化脂肪肉瘤(4.3%vs 70.3%,P<0.001)。结论超声对腹膜后脂肪肉瘤的诊断具有重要作用。

The Clinical Value of Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Retroperitoneal Liposarcoma

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography(US)in the diagnosis of retroperitoneal liposarcoma(RPLS).Methods Sixty cases of RPLS demonstrated by surgery and pathology in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.US features were correlated with postoperative pathological appearance.Results The study enrolled 23 cases of well-differentiated liposarcoma(WDL)and 37 cases of dedifferentiated liposarcoma(DDL).Compared with DDL,the grade of echogenicity was significantly higher in WDL(WDL vs DDL:3.43 vs 1.51,P<0.001).WDL showed more fine echogenic lines(WDL vs DDL:78.3% vs 2.7%,P<0.001)and less necrosis(WDL vs DDL:4.3% vs 70.3%,P<0.001)than that of DDL.Conclusions US scanning can reveal important details for the diagnose of RPLS.
