Abstract:Recently, some studies have found that many specific therapeutic exosomes can be used as new targets for the treatment of ischemic stroke (IS). The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of exosomes as a new intercellular communication medium in the diagnosis of IS and its protective effect on damaged brain tissue, and to discuss the potential clinical application of miRNA in exosomes as emerging biomarkers and therapeutic targets for IS. To further explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on exosomes and their response to acupuncture and moxibustion stimulation, so as to provide new ideas for the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of IS and provide scientific basis for giving play to the advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion.
Keywords:Exosomes  Acupuncture  Ischemic stroke
