儿童先天性膈疝的超声及临床特征分析

目的分析儿童先天性膈疝的临床及超声特点,总结超声对儿童先天性膈疝的诊断价值。方法收集我院经超声诊断、手术证实的膈疝31例,与放射、手术结果进行对照,分析超声对膈疝位置、内容物与手术结果一致性。结果 31例膈疝中,左侧26例(84%),右侧5例(16%);与手术结果对照,超声、放射技术对儿童先天性左、右膈疝判断的一致性分别为100%、96.7%;对疝内容物的判断一致性分别为87%、52%。结论超声能准确判断儿童先天性膈疝的位置及疝内容物,也是儿童膈疝术后随访的最佳选择。

Ultrasound and Clinical Features of Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia in 31 Children

Objective To summarize the clinical and ultrasonic features of congenital diaphragmatic hernia in children.Methods Thirty-one cases of diaphragm hernia diagnosed by ultrasound and confirmed by surgery were collected from in Hunan children′s hospital.Compared with radiological and surgical results,Calculated the consistency of the location,the content of hernia between ultrasound,radiology and surgical results.Results Among the 31 cases of diaphragmatic hernia,26 cases(84%)were found on the left and 5 cases(16%)on the right.Compared with the operation results,the consistency of ultrasonography and radiography in judging the location of congenital diaphragmatic hernia in children was 100%,96.7%,respectively.The consistency of judging the content of hernia was 87% and 52%respectively.Conclusions Ultrasound can accurately determine the location and content of congenital diaphragmatic hernia in children,which is also the best choice for follow-up after operation.
