卵巢粒层细胞瘤的超声图像特征和术前分期价值

目的探讨超声对卵巢粒层细胞瘤的诊断和术前分期价值。方法回顾性分析我院病理科诊断的卵巢粒层细胞瘤患者56例,将超声图像特征与临床分期数据对照分析。结果 56例粒层细胞瘤患者的超声表现可分为囊性、囊实性和实性占位三类,瘤体体积大小和囊性化程度呈线性关系,使用ROC曲线分析取得各个分期的瘤体体积的最佳截断值,Ⅱ期患者最佳诊断截断值为瘤体体积129cm^3,Ⅲ期为1 227cm^3。结论超声对卵巢粒层细胞瘤术前分期有一定指导意义,瘤体体积越大越容易囊性变,瘤体体积越大临床分期越晚。

Ultrasonographic Features of Granulosa Cell Tumors of the Ovary and the Value of Ultrasound in Preoperative Staging

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis and preoperative staging of granulosa cell tumor of ovary(OGCT).Methods A retrospective analysis of 56 patients with OGCT who diagnosed by pathology department in our hospital was carried out,The ultrasonographic features and clinical stage data were both collected and compared.Results The Ultrasonic manifestation of OGCT could be divided into three categories,cystic,cysticsolid,and solid.There was a linear relationship between the size of the tumor and the degree of cystization.ROC curve was used to determinate the cut-off value of tumor volume at various stages.StageⅡ was 129 cm^3,and StageⅢ was 1227 cm^3.Conclusions Ultrasound has some advantages in preoperative staging of OGCT.Cystic changes are likely to occur in larger tumors,and larger tumor volume suggests higher clinical stage.
