| 摘 要： | 目的探讨点状植皮治疗乳腺癌术后局部皮瓣坏死的临床价值。方法对我院68例乳腺癌术后局部皮瓣坏死的患者,采用点状植皮进行治疗,总结临床疗效及治疗体会。结果经点状植皮治疗后68例患者坏死创面100%愈合。结论治疗乳腺癌术后局部皮瓣坏死,点状植皮是一种简单易行、疗效良好的方法,值得临床推广。

Punctuate Skin Grafting in Treatment of Local Flap Necrosis After Breast Cancer Radical Mastectomy: 68 Cases of Clinical Experience |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of punctuate skin grafting in treatment of local flap necrosis after breast cancer radical mastectomy.Methods Punctuate skin grafting treatment was used for 68 patients with local flap necrosis after breast cancer radical mastectomy in our hospital,and the clinical efficacy and experience were summarized.Results After punctuate skin grafting treatment,necro-sis wound of 68 patients all healed.Conclusion Treating flap necrosis after breast cancer radical mastectomy,punctuate skin grafting treatment is a simple and effective way,which is worthy to be popularized. |
