| 摘 要： | 肺癌是预后最差的恶性肿瘤之一,其病死率在所有恶性肿瘤中跃居首位,其中半数以上的患者年龄＞65岁.由于老年人有着生理学、药理学等各方面的特点,因此为这个特殊的肿瘤群体选择合适的治疗方案具有一定的挑战性.本文就近5年对老年肺癌的诊治情况作一综述.

| Abstract: | Lung cancer is one of the worst cancers in the world, which mortality rate is on the top. More than 50% of lung cancer patients are diagnosed over the age of 65. Because elderly patients often present with physiological and pharmacological exceptionality, the selection of optimal treatment for them is more challenging. This article reviews the progress in diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer in the elderly in recent five years. |
