摘    要:“精诚计划”为教育部第一批批准立项的中医人才培养模式实验区。“精诚计划”集中体现了南中医“仁德、仁术、仁人”的教育理念。建校半个多世纪以来,南中医人在不断探索中医人才培养模式的实践基础上,依据辩证唯物主义原理,借鉴苏联教育学家巴班斯基“教学过程最优化理论”和美国学者布卢姆“教育目标分类学”理论方法,形成多层次的目标体系;优化教育教学过程;综合优化教学管理;建立形成性的评价体系。
