胚胎发育之性定向及出生后性别社会化过程的个体差异,使性启蒙教育、性生理及性心理教育的重要性更显突出;性社会学、性医学及性伦理学的发展,使不断进步的性科学对改善和提高性生活质量作用更遂心愿,从而证明性教育的阶段性和终身性的意义。社会发展水平,政治、经济、文化状态对大众的性活动有普遍的影响,反之,个人的性实践可能成为社会和谐的正能量或污染源。社会主义核心价值观是我国实现政治清廉、经济腾飞、文化繁荣、科技进步、强国强军,人民安康、"性福"生活、幸福甜蜜的宗旨和出发点,也是物质文明、精神文明和性文明的价值判断。
