育之缘辅助治疗男性不育少弱精子症的临床研究

目的:观察育之缘辅助治疗男性不育少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2015年2月至2015年5月收治的160例男性不育少弱精子症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各80例,对照组患者给予葡萄糖酸锌片和维生素A胶丸联合治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予育之缘口嚼片治疗,观察两组患者的精液参数变化和临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者的精子密度、精子活率、a级精子绝对数以及(a+b)级精子绝对数等4项精液参数无差异性(P0.05);治疗后,两组患者的4项精液参数均均比治疗前有改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者治疗后,观察组患者4项精液参数均比对照组疗效好,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组的临床总有效率为91.25%,明显高于对照组(57.50%),差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:育之缘辅助治疗男性不育少弱精子症能有效提高男性少弱精子症患者的精液质量,提高临床疗效。

Yuzhiyuan for the treatment of male oligoasthenospermia

Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yuzhiyuan in treating male oligoasthenospermia.Methods:160 male oligoasthenospermia patients in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with zinc gluconate tablets and vitamin A capsules while observation group was additionally given Yuzhuyuan.Changes in semen parameters and clinical efficacy of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results:Before treatment,the sperm concentration,sperm motility,a level of sperm in absolute terms as well as (a + b) Grade 4 sperm and other seminal parameters had no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05);after treatment,all the semen parameters were improved than before treatment in both groups,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the semen parameters in observation group were better than the control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).3 months after treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 91.25％,significantly higher than the control group (57.50％),with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Yuzhiyuan in the treatment of male oligoasthenospermia can effectively improve the quality of sperm and improve clinical efficacy.
