心理治疗联合盐酸舍曲林治疗早泄效果及对患者性生活满意度的影响

目的:探讨心理治疗联合盐酸舍曲林治疗早泄效果及对患者性生活满意度的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年1月间于我院泌尿科治疗的早泄患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者接受盐酸舍曲林药物治疗方式,而观察组在此基础上辅以小组心理干预,治疗周期结束后,比较两组患者的早泄症状改善情况以及CIPE-5、CIPE-7满意程度评分。结果:治疗周期结束后,观察组患者早泄轻度、中度、重度程度分布分别由治疗前的13例、17例、10例分别改善为35例、5例、0例,其改善程度明显优于对照组(P0.05),而性满意程度评分也有治疗前的(3.21±0.51)分、(2.79±0.43)分提高为(4.21±0.78)分、(3.88±0.64)分,明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:心理治疗联合盐酸舍曲林治疗早泄临床效果较优,可以明显提高患者以及配偶性满意度,可以适当临床推广。

Psychotherapy joint with sertraline hydrochloride in treating premature ejaculation and its influence on patients' sexual satisfaction

Objectives:To explore the effect of psychotherapy joint with sertraline hydrochloride in treating premature ejaculation and its influence on patients' sexual satisfaction.Methods:80 patients with premature ejaculation were selected from January 2016 to January 2015 in our hospital and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group received sertraline hydrochloride drug treatment,while the observation group received complementary psychological intervention.After treatment,improvements in premature ejaculation symptoms and CIPE-5,CIPE-7 satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,patients with mild,moderate and severe premature ejaculation in the observation group changed from 13 cases,17 cases and 10 cases before treatment to 35 cases,5 cases and 0 case,more significant than that of control group (P ＜0.05),and the sexual satisfaction score also improved before (3.21 ± 0.51) and (2.79 ± 0.43) before treatment to (4.21 ± 0.78) and (3.88 ± 0.64),significantly better than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Psychological treatment joint with sertraline hydrochloride is effective in treating premature ejaculation and can significantly improve patients' and their spouse's sexual satisfaction,which can be promoted in clinical.
