性康复干预对宫颈癌术后放疗者性生活质量的影响

目的:探讨性康复干预对宫颈癌术后放疗者性生活质量的影响。方法:选择2013年2月至2015年6月我院收治的宫颈癌患者80例,按照随机数字法分为两组各40例,对所有患者随访3个月,比较两组干预前后HAMD及HAMA评分、两组存在性功能相关障碍情况、干预后开始性生活时间及恢复规律性生活时间以及治疗期间两组出现身心疾病情况。结果:干预后两组HAMD及HAMA评分均低于干预前(P0.05),且干预后,观察组HAMD及HAMA评分低于对照组(P0.05),观察组存在阴道干涩、性交痛、性欲低下及性高潮缺失比例显著低于对照组(P0.05),观察组开始性生活时间早于对照组(P0.05),恢复规律性生活时间短于对照组(P0.05),观察组发生睡眠障碍、焦虑不安及食欲下降的比例显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:有效的性康复干预能减轻宫颈癌术后放疗患者心理压力,促进早期恢复正常性生活,提高性生活质量。

Sex rehabilitation intervention on the quality of sex life of cervical cancer patients receiving postoperative radiotherapy

Objectives:To investigate the sex rehabilitation intervention on the quality of sex life of patients receiving postoperative radiotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods:80 cervical cancer patients in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each with 40 patients.All the patients were followed up for 3 months,and the HAMD and HAMA score before and after intervention,incidence of functionally related disorders,time needed to recover regular sex life,and physical and mental illnesses appeared during treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores were lower than before intervention in both groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the scores of observation group were also lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of complications including vaginal dryness,painful intercourse,low sexual desire and ration of lacking orgasm was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Patients in the observation group began sexual life earlier than the control group (P ＜ 0.05),so as the time needed to restore regular sex life (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of sleep disorders,anxiety and loss of appetite in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Effective rehabilitation intervention can reduce the psychological stress of cervical cancer patients receiving postoperative radiotherapy,promote the recovery of normal sexual life,and improve the quality of sex life.
