彩色多普勒超声在男性急性外生殖器损伤中的应用

目的:探讨临床上男性急性外生殖器损伤采取彩色多普勒超声检查后的诊断效果。方法:选择2013年12月至2014年12月我院收治的男性急性外生殖器损伤患者116例,按照抽签法分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者采取彩色多普勒超声检查诊断,对照组患者采取常规B超影象检查诊断,观察比较两组患者睾丸脱位的发生率、漏诊率和误诊率,以及患者满意度情况。结果:观察组患者睾丸脱位发生率31.03%,低于对照组患者的6.89%(P0.05);观察组患者外生殖器急性损伤诊断错误率为3.44%,明显的低于对照组13.79%,其差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);漏诊率6.89%也显著的低于对照组22.41%,其差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者满意度93.10%明显高于对照组70.70%(P0.05)。结论:对于男性急性外生殖器损伤,应用彩色多普勒超声检查具有良好的诊断结果,不会加重患者痛苦,可以作为检查男性急性外生殖器损伤的主要方式,应加大其临床运用范围。

Application of color doppler ultrasound in acute male genitalia injury

Objectives:To investigate the diagnosis value of color Doppler ultrasound in acute male genitalia injury.Methods:116 male patients with acute genitalia injury from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group received color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis,while control group took conventional B-ultrasound image for diagnosis.The incidence of testicular dislocation,the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate,and patients' satisfaction was observed and compared.Results:The testicular dislocation rate of observation group (31.03％) was lower than that of the control group (6.89％) (P ＜ 0.05).The misdiagnosis rate of observation group (3.44％) was lower than the control group (13.79％),with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The missed diagnosis rate of observation group (6.89％) was significantly lower than the control group (22.41％),with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The patient satisfaction of observation group (93.10％) was obviously higher than that of control group (70.70％) (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:For acute male genitalia injury,color Doppler ultrasound is effective in diagnosis without increasing the suffering of patients,which can be chosen as the major examination method in clinical.
