循证护理在妇科腹腔镜术后并发症的临床效果

目的研究循证护理在妇科腹腔镜术后并发症的临床效果。方法选取2014年9月—2015年12月本院妇科收治并进行腹腔镜手术的患者120例,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组患者采用临床常规护理方法,观察组患者在此基础上采用循证护理方法,观察两组患者并发症的发生率,对比两组患者的住院时间、并发症治愈时间和排气时间,同时比较两组对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组的总并发症发生率(6.7%)显著低于对照组(26.7%),观察组的住院时间[(6.8±3.5)d]、排气时间[(10.8±2.7)d]和并发症治愈时间[(3.3±2.2)d]均短于对照组[(9.5±3.7)d、(18.4±2.9)d、(5.9±2.8)d],护理满意度(95.0%)明显高于对照组(76.7%),两组差异均有统计学意义。结论患者妇科腹腔镜术后接受循证护理干预,可以有效降低患者术后的并发症发生率,缩短住院时间、并发症后治愈时间和排气时间,同时能够提高患者对护理工作的满意度,护理效果明显,值得在临床中推广应用。

The effect of evidence-based nursing on the complications of gynecological laparoscopic operation

Objective To assess the effect of evidence-based nursing care on the prevention of complications after laparoscopic surgery.Methods This study included 120 patients receiving laparoscopic surgery in our hospital between September 2014 to December 2015.These patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group received routine clinical nursing care,and the treatment group received evidence-based nursing care.Frequency of complications,hospitalization duration,duration of complications,and exhaust time were compared.Patient satisfaction with the nursing services was also compared.Results Complications occurred in 6.8％ of patients in the treatment group,significantly lower than that of the control group (26.7％).Hospitalization days (6.8 ± 3.5)d,exhaust time (10.8 ± 2.7)d,and days used for complication treatment (3.3 ± 2.2)d were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group [(9.5 ± 3.7) d,(18.4 ± 2.9) d,and (5.9 ± 2.8) d,respectively].More patients in the treatment group expressed satisfaction (94.3％) than in the control group (79.2％).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention could effectively reduce postoperative complications in patients receiving gynecological laparoscopic surgery.In addition,patient satisfaction with nursing services was improved.
