头孢曲松钠联合法罗培南钠片对男性淋病患者的临床疗效影响

目的:观察头孢曲松钠联合法罗培南钠片对男性淋病患者的临床疗效影响。方法:从2014年5月至2015年12月在医院接受治疗的男性淋病患者98例纳入本次研究,依照数字随机表法将98例患者划分成观察组以及对照组各含49例,对照组给予头孢曲松钠治疗,观察组在此基础上另给予法罗培南钠片治疗,10d后对比两组疗效及预后情况。结果:观察组总有效率是97.96%,对照组总有效率是85.71%,两组差异显著(P0.05)。观察组的起效时间和分泌物改善时间,以及生化指标改善时间均较对照组明显更少,差异显著(P0.05)。两组治疗5d和10d后的视觉模拟(VAS)评分与治疗前相比,差异显著(P0.05)。观察组治疗5d和10d后的VAS评分较对照组明显更低,差异显著(P0.05)。观察组不良反应的总发生率是10.20%,对照组不良反应的总发生率是12.24%,两组相比,差异不显著(P0.05)。结论:利用头孢曲松钠联合法罗培南钠片对男性淋病患者实施治疗,存在较好的疗效,且有助于患者临床症状的恢复,安全性较高,值得给予推广。

Clinical effect of ceftriaxone sodium combined with faropenem sodium tablets in the treatment of male gonorrhea patients

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of ceftriaxone sodium combined with faropenem sodium tablets in the treatment of male gonorrhea patients.Methods:From May 2014 to December 2015,98 male patients with gonorrhea in the hospital were enrolled in this study.According to the digital random table method,the 98 patients were divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given ceftriaxone sodium for treatment,and on such basis,the observation group was given faropenem sodium tablets in the treatment.The curative effect and prognosis was compared between the two groups 10d after.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group and control group was 97.96％ and 85.71％,with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The onset time and the improvement of the discharge time,and the biochemical index improvement time of the observation group were significantly less than the control group,with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Difference in VAS score of the two groups before 5d and 10d after treatment and that before treatment was significant (P ＜ 0.05).The VAS score of the observation group 5d and 10d after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and control group was 10.20％ and 12.24％,with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Ceftriaxone sodium combined with the Faroe faropenem sodium tablets has good curative effect for male patients with gonorrhea.Conducive to the recovery of patients and with higher security,it is worth promotion.
