不同服药时间对非勺型高血压病人降压疗效的影响

目的 探讨不同服药时间对非勺型高血压病人降压疗效的影响。方法 用动态血压监测法选取非勺型高血压病人66例，早上7时服药，3周后改为下午4时服药或加早上7时服药，另选勺型高血压病人72例作对照。结果 非勺型高血压病人服药时间更改后降压疗效得到改善，降压幅度增加（P＜0.05），40.3%病人的血压变为勺型（P＜0.05），尿微白蛋白减少（P＜0.01）。结论 非勺型高血压病人可将降压药延迟至下午服用，如服两种以上的药物，可将其中一种下午服用，以利非勺型血压转变为勺型，从而达到预防高血压靶器官损害的目的。

The effects of different administration time on the decompression effects of drugs in patients with hypertension

Objective To explore the effects of different administration time on the decompression effects of drugs in patients with hypertension.Methods 66 non dipper hypertensives were taken hypotensive agents at 7:00 AM for 3 weeks,afterwards at 4:00PM or at 7:00 AM meanwhile.72 dipper hypertensives were as controls.Results Altering the administration time improved the effects of hypotensive agents in non dipper hypertensives and 40 3% patients changed into dipper ones.Microalbuminuria was also decreased.Conclusion Non dipper hypertensives maybe changed into dipper after putting off the administration time till afternoon.It benefits the target organs in hypertensives.
