| 摘 要： | 研究中风早期阶段926例中67例确定癫痫发作（占7．2％）。提示损伤发生的部位是发作的重要因素，并且大发作是常见的。尽管中风后癫痫病人死亡率高于无癫痫病人，但是中风后服用抗痫药有较好的结果。认为中风后采用积极有效的控制发作措施是很重要的。

| Abstract: | In the series,67 of 926 patients with stroke manifested seizures at early phase (7.2% ) were studied. The re-sul revealed that the lesion position was an importnt factor for seizure and general seizures were common. Althougy the mortalityof paients with epilepsy after stroke was higher than that of patients withou epilepsy, patients who received antiepiletic drugshad a better outcome. The conclusion is made that it is important to take active and effective measures to control seizures afterstroke. |
