美多巴及舒必利治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的对照研究

目的探讨美多巴、舒必利治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的效果。方法用美多巴、舒必利分别合并抗精神病药物及单用抗精神病药物对各３０例住院精神分裂症病人进行１３周的对照研究，用阴性症状量表（ＳＡＮＳ）、简明精神病量表（ＢＰＲＳ）、副反应量表（ＴＥＳＳ）于治疗前后评定。结果美多巴、舒必舒利与单用抗精神病药物对阴性病状治疗有效率分别为５０％、５３３％和２０％。结论美多巴、舒必利合并抗精神病药均能提高对阴性症状的疗效，提示精神分裂症存在生物学异质性。

A control study on roles of madopar and sulpiride in alleviating the negative symptoms of schizophrenia,

Objective The purpose of this study was to assess the efficacy of madopar and sulpiride for the treatment of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods 90 Cases of schizophrenia with negative symptoms were randomlly assigned into three groups, i.e.the madopr combined with antipsychotic drug group, the sulpiride combined with antipsychotic drug goup,and only antipsychotic drug group. The efficacy and side-effects were evaluated by SANS, BPRS,TESS before and during the second, sixth and thirteenth weeks of the tretment course. Results It was found that the effective percent was 50% in madopar group, 53.3% in sulpiride group and 20% in only antipsychotic drug group. Conclusions Madopar combined with antipsychotic drug and sulpiride combined with antipsychotic drug had a better effect than only antipsychotic drug for schizophrenia with negative symptoms. The results also suggested that there was a biological beterogeneity in schizophrenia
