超声监测营养运动对产后康复的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨个体化的营养与运动对产后康复的影响及超声之监测价值。方法:272名健康的经阴道分娩的妇女,随机分为研究组与对照组。对研究组产妇进行营养与锻炼指导,对照组不给予任何指导。在产后6周,测量两组产妇脂肪分布、肌肉分布、下肢最大肌力、股骨颈抗骨折能力、膝关节损伤、膝关节活动范围及摄入的营养成分,利用B超监测子宫复旧等。结果:产后6周两组产妇的脂肪分布、肌肉分布、下肢最大肌力、股骨颈抗骨折能力、膝关节损伤、膝关节活动范围及超声显示子宫复旧情况均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:个体化营养与锻炼利于产后康复,超声为监测营养与锻炼对产后康复影响的有效手段。

Abstract:Objective:To explore individualized nutrition and exercise for health of mother.Methods:Choosing 272 health women delivering by vagina,we randomly divided them into two groups,guided group and unguided group.We guided the women of guided group how to nutrition and exercise after childbearing.But the women of unguided group were not guided.In postpartum six weeks,we measured their body fat distribution(FD),their muscle distribution(MD),their maximal muscle strength(MS),their femoral neck strength(FS),the extent of joint damage(ED),the range of joint movement(R),and their nutritional component in the two groups,respectively.We examined their uteruses recovering by ultrasonography.Results:There are signification differences(P<0.05) between the two groups in FD,MD,FS,ED,R,and uterus recovering in six postpartum weeks,respectively.Conclusion:Individualized nutrition and exercise in postpartum period benefit the health of mother and child.
