| 摘 要： | 目的:观察足三里穴位注射弥可保针为主治疗贝尔麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将72例贝尔麻痹患者随机分为治疗组(穴位注射加常规针刺)和对照组(常规针刺)两组,对两组病人治疗前后进行House-Brackmann(H-B)评分,并行瞬目反射测定。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.22%,愈显率72.22%;对照组总有效率为75%,愈显率44.44%。治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:足三里穴位注射弥可保针为主治疗贝尔麻痹效果优于常规针刺。
