| 摘 要： | 目的]观察早期心理干预对脑卒中病人康复的影响。方法]将264例脑卒中住院病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组132例,两组均进行常规药物治疗和康复治疗,观察组采取早期心理干预,对照组采取常规护理。干预4周后,评价并比较两组病人的康复效果。结果]观察组总有效率为95.5%,对照组为71.9%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论]对脑卒中病人进行早期支持性心理干预有利于病人的康复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the influence of early psychological intervention on rehabilitation of cerebral apoplexy patients. Methods:A total of 264 cerebral apoplexy inpatients were randomly divided into test and control group 132 cases each. All cases were given drug treatment and rehabilitation as in routine.
