Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of reducibility glutathione in the treatment of drug-induced liver disease. Methods Fifty-six patients with drug-induced liver disease by Chinese drugs pharmaceutice,anti-tuberculosis drugs,chemotherapeutics,antibacterials,anti-hyperthyreosis,were randomly assigned to treatment and control group.26 patients in control group were given polyene phosphatidylcholine, while 30 patients in treatment group were treated with reducibility glutathione in combination with polyene phosphatidylcholine. Results Serum ALT,LDH and TBil levels declined significantly in both groups,The decline in serum ALT ,LDH and TBil levels was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group (P 0.05).treatment group total effective rate was 83.3%,control group total effective rate was 73.1%.Couclusion Treat with Reducibility glutathion in drug-induced liver disease was efficacy and security, moreover therapy in drug-induced liver disease by Oxidative Stress was effective and reliable.
Keywords:drug-induced liver disease  reducibility glutathlone  oxidative stress  clinical research
