地下半密闭环境对作业人员健康影响的调查

目的]调查地下半密闭环境对作业人员健康的影响,为部队进驻提供防护依据. 方法]对在地下半密闭环境内7 d的12名工兵作业人员的血液指标,按进驻前、中、后进行监测及重点复检.并对自觉症状作问卷调查.结果]共监测39项指标,正常或基本正常的33项,占84.6%.有半数以上人员有轻度头昏、头痛、胸闷、乏力等自觉症状,其中关节痛较为明显. 结论]地下半密闭环境在短期内对人员健康无明显不良影响.出现的自觉症状大多较轻,且在离开半密闭环境1～4d后消失.

Effect on Worker's Heath in the Underground Semi-closed Circumstance

Objective] To observe the effect on worker's health to provide evidence of protection for the troops' garrisoning.Method] Blood samples of 12 sappers who stayed for 7 days in the underground semi-closed circumstance were analyzed before,during,and after their entering,and some of them were rechecked.Their subjective syndromes were obtained through questionnaire.Result] 33 out of 39 cytological and biochemical indices in blood were normal or nearly normal which account for 84.6%.More than a half of workers had slight dizziness,headache,chest distress,hypodynamia and so on,and arthrodynia was obvious.Conclusion] There was no obvious harmful effect on the workers' health in the underground semi-closed circumstance for a rather short time staying.Most of the subjective symptoms were slight and disappeared after one to four days.
