大鼠孤束核内注入去甲肾上腺素及其受体阻断剂对迷走-加压反应的影响

摘    要:采用药物微量注射的方法,研究了32只大鼠孤束核(NTS)内注入去甲肾上腺素(NA)及受体阻断剂酚妥拉明和心得安对迷走-加压反应的影响.结果表明,NTS内注入NA可显著减弱迷走-加压反应;酚妥拉明可以逆转由NA引起的血压反应;心得安无此作用.结果提示,NTS内的去甲肾上腺素能神经元参与迷走加压反应过程,它对迷走加压反应的影响是通过α受体实现的.

Abstract:Thirty-two urethane anaesthetized and artificially ventilated rats were used in he experiment. A microinjection of drug into the nucleus tractus solitarius was tperformed to investigate the effect of noradrenaline and adrenergic blocking agent on vagus-pressor response (VPR). The results were as follows: 1) noradrenaline decreased the VPR value; 2)phentolamine prevented the effect of noradrenaline; 3 ) propranolol had no effect on VPR value. The results suggest that noradrenaline in the nucleus tractus solitarias appears to be a necessary transmiiter in VPr, producing its effect through the adrenoceptor.
