| 摘 要： | 1 ,6 二磷酸果糖是葡萄糖分解代谢的产物 ,近年来被广泛用于心、肾、肝、脑的缺血性治疗。该文综述了 1,6 二磷酸果糖的脑保护作用机制、剂量范围及其应用 ,探讨对临床缺血性脑疾患的治疗意义

| Abstract: | Fructose-1,6-diphosphate, a high energy catabolite of glucose, is broadly used in treatment of ischemic damage in a variety of tissues, including heart, kidney, liver and brain for recent years. In this article, we summarized the neuroprotective mechanism, the range of dose and application of fructose-1,6-diphosphate, aiming to search a new therapy for clinical ischemic brain damage. |
