| 摘 要： | 目的:考察五水头孢唑啉钠在氯化钠注射液中分别与3种注射液(地塞米松、消旋山莨菪碱、氯化钾)的配伍稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定五水头孢唑啉钠与3种注射液配伍后6h内质量浓度变化以及配伍液的pH值、外观变化。结果:五水头孢唑啉钠在25℃、37℃两种温度下与3种注射液配伍后的配伍液6h内外观、pH值及质量浓度均无明显变化。结论:五水头孢唑啉钠与3种注射液的配伍溶液基本稳定,6h内可配伍使用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the stability of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for injection mixed with 3kinds of injection （dexamethasone, raceanisodamine, potassium chloride）. Methods： Content changes of the mixed solution of cefazolin sodium pentahydmte injection with 3 kinds of injection were detected at different time by ultraviolet spectrophtometry within 6 h, meanwhile, the pH value and the appearance of the mixed solution were also detected. Results： The contents, external apprarance and the pH value of the mixed solution showed no significant changes at 25 ℃ and 37 ℃. Conclusion： The stability of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for injection mixed with the 3 kinds of injection is basically stable and the mixed solution can be used within 6 h. |
