五水头孢唑啉钠与3种注射液配伍的稳定性

摘    要:目的:考察五水头孢唑啉钠在氯化钠注射液中分别与3种注射液(地塞米松、消旋山莨菪碱、氯化钾)的配伍稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定五水头孢唑啉钠与3种注射液配伍后6h内质量浓度变化以及配伍液的pH值、外观变化。结果:五水头孢唑啉钠在25℃、37℃两种温度下与3种注射液配伍后的配伍液6h内外观、pH值及质量浓度均无明显变化。结论:五水头孢唑啉钠与3种注射液的配伍溶液基本稳定,6h内可配伍使用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the stability of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for injection mixed with 3kinds of injection (dexamethasone, raceanisodamine, potassium chloride). Methods: Content changes of the mixed solution of cefazolin sodium pentahydmte injection with 3 kinds of injection were detected at different time by ultraviolet spectrophtometry within 6 h, meanwhile, the pH value and the appearance of the mixed solution were also detected. Results: The contents, external apprarance and the pH value of the mixed solution showed no significant changes at 25 ℃ and 37 ℃. Conclusion: The stability of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for injection mixed with the 3 kinds of injection is basically stable and the mixed solution can be used within 6 h.
