| 摘 要： | 目的:了解心理指导对全口义齿初次使用者满意度的影响。方法:将52名患者随机分为两组,实验组进行心理指导,对照组常规操作,于戴牙一月后,三月后进行全口义齿满意度评定。结果:戴牙一个月后两组间义齿满意度存在显著性差异(P<0.05),三个月时无差异显著性。结论:心理指导对于提高初次镶复全口义齿患者的义齿满意度有一定作用,其作用主要表现在早期(一个月内)。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of psychological direction on the first-time complete denture wearer's satisfation.Methods: Fifty-two edentulous patients were divided randomly into two groups.The experimental group received psychological direction,while the control group was given routine treatment.One month and three months after having dentures,Patient Denture Satisfaction(PDS)was evalutated in all patients.Results: There was statistically significant difference between two groups in the PDS in one month,but there was no satistically difference in there month.Conclusion: Psychological direction has a helpful effect on the improving first-time complete denture wearer's PDS |
