亚健康状态常见证候特征的判别分析

在大样本亚健康人群临床流行病学调查的基础上，运用医学数理统计学方法将常见证候进行分析，归纳总结了构成心肝血虚证、肝肾阴虚证、心脾两虚证、心肾不交证、肝气都结证、心气虚证、肝阳上亢证、脾气虚证、肾阴虚证、肾阳不足证、肝阴虚证、肝胃不和证、肝郁脾虚证、心血虚证、心阴虚证的三类症状，即特征症状、基础症状、相关症状同对运用判别分析加以验证，结果发现，二者所得的结果具有较强的相似性，而且该证候构成与临证所见比较接近：由此可见，临床流行病学和数理统计学相结合，研究中医学证候特征和演变规律，是一种科学合理的研冤方法，具有较好的客观性和普适性。

To analyze mainly syndrome characteristic of sub-health state based on clinical epidemiology and medicine mathematical statistics methods. To sum up three kinds of symptoms that include to characteristic symptoms, foundation symptoms and correlated symptoms. For example, blood deficiency in heart and liver, deficiency of liver- vin and kidney-yin, qi and blood deficiency in heart and spleen, breakdown of normal physiological coordination between heart and kidney, stagnation of liver-qi, deficiency of heart-qi, hyperactivity of liver-yang, deficiency of spleen-qi, deficiency of kidney-yin, deficiency of kidney-yang, deficiency of liver-yin, incoordination between liver and stomach, stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of spleen, deficiency of heart-blood, deficiency of heart-yin.To check out the above results by using discriminatory analysis. The results of two methods had fairly similarity and was similar to clinical syndrome findings. It can he seen that integrating clinical epidemiology and medicine mathematical statistics methods was a science and reasonable research method for TCM syndrome characteristic and regularity. The methods had fairly better objectivity and commonly suitable characteristic.
