摘    要:目的动态监测实验性脑出血条件下部分脑区脑匀浆去甲肾上腺素含量的变化规律并探讨其在继发性脑损害中的作用.方法Wistar大鼠70只,随机为手术组及假手术对照组,每组各35只,每组按出血前、出血后30 min,6,12,24,48及72 h分为7组,每小组5只.采用胶原酶和肝素联合注入尾状核的方法建立大鼠脑出血模塑,利用高效液相-电化学法测定出血前,出血后各个时相点血肿周边、下丘脑及脑干去甲肾上腺素的含量.结果脑出血后30min血肿周边、下丘脑及脑干去甲肾上腺素的含量开始同步升高,并于24 h达峰值,48 h开始回落.结论去甲肾上腺素参与了脑出血脑组织继发性损害的病理生理过程.

Abstract:AIM: To dynamically observe the changes of noradrenaline(NE) content in the homogenate of rat brain tissues during experimental intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) so as to understand the role of NE in secondary brain injury.METHODS: Seventy Wistar rats were randomly assigned into sham operation group and ICH group, each group subdivided into pre-operation, 0. 5, 6,12, 24, 48 and 72 hours post-operation groups( n =5) . ICH model was established by injection collagenase and heparin into rat caudate nucleus, and the changes of NE content in the peripheral tissues of the hematoma, hypothalamus and brainstem were observed before and 0. 5, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours after the operation, respectively. NE was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography.RESULTS: NE activities in the peripheral tissues of the hematoma, hypothalamus and brainstem increased synchronously 0. 5 hour after operation,peaked at 24 h, and then began to decline at 48 hours.CONCLUSION: NE is involved in the pathogenesis of secondary damage of the brain during ICH.
